Conduct complex diagnostics, repairs, and warranty work across a broad vehicle range
Service electric and hybrid vehicles safely and effectively, adhering to manufacturer standards
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve a variety of vehicle issues
Complete hydraulic repairs and perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks
Assist and mentor Apprentice Technicians to develop their technical skills as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
Maintain high standards of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with company policiesRequirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Recognized diagnostic qualification is essential
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or within a similar workshop environment, ideally in a main dealer setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to undertake ongoing training, especially in electric and hybrid vehicle technology
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
