Overseeing daily operations of multiple parts departments at 10 locations across Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire
Managing and motivating a team of parts department staff across different franchises
Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service standards are maintained
Achieving sales targets and enhancing profit margins as a Group Parts Manager
Implementing effective stock control procedures and managing budgets efficiently
Building and developing strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to maximise parts supply and availability
Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management
Developing and executing strategic plans to improve operational efficiencyRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager within a dealership environment
Demonstrable management experience overseeing multiple sites or locations
Full UK driving licence
Strong organisational, leadership, and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of main dealership parts operations is highly desirable
