The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of large-scale events — from design and planning through live execution and close-out. You’ll keep projects on track, manage scope, solve problems fast, and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to deliver safe, seamless, and profitable events.
What You’ll Do
Own event delivery from concept to close, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and to brief.
Create and communicate production schedules, labour plans, technical requirements, and execution plans.
Coordinate teams, vendors, and venue partners to secure the right resources for every event.
Act as the main client contact on-site, managing expectations and resolving issues quickly.
Lead technical execution from load-in to show delivery to load-out.
Monitor scope, budget, and onsite changes, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
Ensure compliance with technical, production, and HSE standards, including risk assessments and method statements.
Support continuous improvement through strong documentation, post-event reporting, and SOP development.
What You’ll Bring
Degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years in corporate staging, broadcast, or live event production.
Project management experience, with some team leadership preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and confidence working with production teams.
Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgets, logistics, and cost control.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
MS Office skills required; technical diagram experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% if needed.
