How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Project Manager

The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of large-scale events — from design and planning through live execution and close-out. You’ll keep projects on track, manage scope, solve problems fast, and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to deliver safe, seamless, and profitable events.

    What You’ll Do
Own event delivery from concept to close, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and to brief.
Create and communicate production schedules, labour plans, technical requirements, and execution plans.
Coordinate teams, vendors, and venue partners to secure the right resources for every event.
Act as the main client contact on-site, managing expectations and resolving issues quickly.
Lead technical execution from load-in to show delivery to load-out.
Monitor scope, budget, and onsite changes, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
Ensure compliance with technical, production, and HSE standards, including risk assessments and method statements.
Support continuous improvement through strong documentation, post-event reporting, and SOP development.

    What You’ll Bring
    Degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years in corporate staging, broadcast, or live event production.
Project management experience, with some team leadership preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and confidence working with production teams.
Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgets, logistics, and cost control.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
MS Office skills required; technical diagram experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% if needed.

Key Strengths;  Organised, detail-focused, commercially aware, and calm under pressure — with the ability to lead teams, build client trust, and deliver high-quality events.

We look forward to seeing your CV
