The Role
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
Handle enquiries, process orders, and resolve issues
Identify and maximise sales opportunities
Build strong customer relationships
Support external sales and follow up on quotes
About You
Strong customer service background with some sales experience
Confident communicator and team player
Proactive, organised, and target-driven
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office/CRM)
