Responsibilities
* Registering applicants and arranging viewings
* Conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers and progressing lets
* Building relationships with landlords and tenants
* Assist with market appraisals
* Managing applicant enquiries
* Supporting the wider lettings team
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout
About you:
* Previous experience within lettings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and driven approach
* Confident working in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence
