Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Help prepare teaching materials and learning resources
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or with children in an educational setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
