We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to support a range of primary schools across the Hemel Hempstead area.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting the next generation in their social, emotional, and educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils in line with the National Curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
Provide small group interventions and 1:1 support for pupils who need additional help
Help establish and maintain positive routines for students
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Has worked across a range of primary year groups
Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
Has up-to-date safeguarding training (or is willing to obtain it)
Is passionate and dedicated to making a positive impact on children’s development and education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
