Damp and Mould Surveyor

TSA Surveying is working with a prominent Building Consultancy to deliver Damp and Mould Surveys across Newham.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate reports of damp, mould, condensation, and leaks.
Carry out property inspections and assess housing conditions.
Identify the root causes of damp and mould issues.
Raise repair orders and monitor contractor performance.
Ensure repairs are completed within target timescales.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and inspection notes.
Support compliance with Awaab’s Law and housing regulations.
Prioritise vulnerable tenants and high-risk cases.
Liaise with residents, contractors, surveyors, and housing teams.
Provide tenants with advice on reducing condensation and mould.
Respond professionally to complaints and resident enquiries.
Monitor health and safety risks within occupied properties.Details

Must have your own damp and mould equipment
Part-time or full-time availability considered
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
