Commercial Building Maintenance | City of London

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Call Out Allowance; £4,600/annum (+ minimum 4 hours pay per call)
Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to be based in the City of London.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.

Duties as Engineering Supervisor:

Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of a small commercial building .
Single-man site.
Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders.
Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints.
Computer literacy & timely communication.

Engineering Supervisor - Requirements:

5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).
Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
Engineering qualifications; Electrical level 3 or equivalent.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary up to £60,000
Call out (£75/week)
Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
