Location: Crawley | One-Form Entry Primary School
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reflective teacher to join our nurturing one-form entry primary school on a maternity cover basis. This full-time position will begin after May half term.
This role would suit a practitioner who values a therapeutic, child-centred approach to education and is committed to helping every child flourish both academically and emotionally.
The Role
Full responsibility for planning, teaching, assessment, and classroom organisation
Creating a calm, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Using positive reinforcement strategies to develop confidence, resilience, and independence
Supporting pupils with a range of social, emotional, and learning needs
Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals where appropriate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
