Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work across Plymouth and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build classroom experience, develop confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of different school settings before committing to a long-term role.
We work with a wide range of secondary schools across the region, offering day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term supply opportunities.
The Role:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting student learning and engagement
Adapting quickly to different school environments
Gaining experience across multiple secondary schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
