The Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support our Compliance team. You’ll provide efficient administrative support and deliver excellent service to clients, candidates, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients, candidates and managers daily
Coordinate compliance checks (references, right-to-work, vetting)
Maintain accurate records across internal systems
Track and update data to meet SLAs and KPIs
Respond to queries promptly and professionally
Manage emails and calls clearly and efficiently
Prioritise workload and solve problems proactivelySkills & Experience
Administrative experience in a detail-orientated environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Confident using MS Word and Excel
Experience with data entry and meeting deadlines
Knowledge of compliance or screening processes (preferred)
