We are seeking a Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to join a global leader in retail solutions, helping retailers and brands improve the shopping experience and drive performance. Our Harlow factory plays a key role in delivering high-quality, responsive manufacturing solutions to UK and Group customers.
We are now seeking an experienced Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to focus on ERP item preparation, production planning and manufacturing order administration to support the efficient flow of work into production. This role includes a customer service element, including customer order processing, order confirmations and delivery communications.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Planning & ERP Coordinator
Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP System
Coordinate production planning activities and monitor planning priorities
Process customer orders and provide accurate order confirmations
Create, review and release manufacturing orders to production
Maintain accurate ERP records and support data integrity
Communicate effectively with internal teams to support operational efficiency and customer service
Champion lean practices and continuous improvement
About You
Good understanding of manufacturing order processes and production planning principles
Strong ERP expertise
Previous experience working in a customer driven manufacturing environment
Knowledge of inventory or operational coordination processes
Strong IT and data handling skills, including the ability to work with ERP queries
Passionate about process improvement and operational excellence
