Looking for a hands-on print production role with a growing business?
We’re working with an established and forward-thinking print manufacturer in North London who are looking to add an experienced Guillotine Operator to their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience operating a Polar Guillotine who enjoys working in a fast-paced print environment and takes pride in quality, accuracy, and teamwork.
You’ll join a friendly and supportive production team, reporting directly to the Factory Manager, with opportunities to broaden your skills across print finishing and production.
The Print Finisher Role:
As a Guillotine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating a Polar 78 Guillotine, ensuring accurate cutting and maintaining high production standards across a variety of print products.
You’ll also have the opportunity to support wider finishing and production processes including:
* Operating creasing and folding equipment
* Machine and manual print finishing
* Laminating and bench work
* Packing and distribution
* Product quality inspection and reporting issues where required
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a Polar Guillotine
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Experience with finishing equipment such as creasing, folding or laminating machinery (desirable)
* A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to work in a busy production environment
* Good understanding of print production and finishing processes
