We are recruiting for a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician / Fabric Engineer to support a busy hotel operation in Milton Keynes.

This role would suit candidates from hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, fabric technician or multi-trade backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

* General hotel and building maintenance

* Basic plumbing repairs and fault finding

* Painting and decorating touch-ups

* Door, furniture and fixture repairs

* Replacing plugs, sockets and light fittings

* Planned preventative maintenance checks

* Basic AC filter cleaning

* Reporting and coordinating specialist repairs

Requirements

* Previous maintenance or handyman experience

* Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills

* Positive and proactive attitude

* Able to work independently

* Physically fit and reliable

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday

* 8am – 4pm

* Optional Saturday work available
