Are you hands-on, detail focused and experienced in production, manufacturing or machine operation?
We’re looking for a Machine Operator / Print Finishing Operator to join a busy production environment where quality, teamwork and attention to detail matter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in factory, manufacturing, print, finishing or machine operation who wants to build a long-term career in a growing business.
You’ll be involved in producing high-quality printed products, operating finishing equipment, quality checking work and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and to specification.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operating print finishing machinery including guillotines, folding machines and laminators
* Trimming, finishing, packing and preparing printed materials
* Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
* Following production schedules and job specifications
* Supporting wider production activities when needed
* Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workspace
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in production, manufacturing, print or machine operation
* Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, hands-on and team focused attitude
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn
* Previous experience operating production or finishing machinery is desirable — but attitude and reliability matter just as much.
