Position: Electrical Assembly Operative

Location: Sudbury, Suffolk

Proactive are currently recruiting for an Electrical Assembly Operative in Sudbury to start work immediately.

Responsibilities:

Building and assembling light fittings and electrical components to required specifications
Interpreting and working from wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
Operating hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
Completing basic wiring and component connections
Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and well-organised
Collaborating with the team to achieve daily production targetsRequirements:

Previous experience in electrical assembly or a production environment is advantageous
Ability to understand and follow wiring diagrams or technical drawings
Comfortable using hand tools and handling small components
High level of attention to detail with a focus on quality
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Willingness to learn with a positive and proactive attitude
