We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative / Multi Trader to join a busy team working on void properties in Sheerness, Isle of Sheppey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable Multi Trade Operative seeking ongoing work with consistent projects.
The Role – Multi Trade Operative:As a Multi Trade Operative / Multi Trader, you will be carrying out refurbishment works on void properties, including:
Patch plastering
Stud wall installation (carpentry works)
Internal decoration
General multi-trade duties on social housing voidsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or Multi Trader
Strong carpentry and plastering skills
Experience working on void or refurbishment projects
Able to work independently and to deadlines
Able to read and interpret schedule of worksPackage:
Start date: Tuesday 26th May
Pay: Competitive CIS day rate (negotiable DOE)
