The Role:
You will be managing recruitment projects across the Food & Drink sector, partnering with some of the industry’s most recognised global brands.
The role offers a varied and exciting mix of vacancies across:
* Manufacturing
* Engineering
* IT
* Sales & Marketing
You’ll be building long-term relationships with clients across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel to client sites as part of the role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement
* Building and developing client relationships
* Business development and generating new opportunities
* Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
* Managing multiple specialist vacancies simultaneously
* Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
About You:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience within a sales-focused recruitment agency role
* Confident and proactive communicator
* Commercially minded with a passion for business development
* Motivated by earning potential and career progression
* Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
* Open to recruiters from any recruitment sector, provided you are prepared to sell and develop business
