Print Finisher / Small Format Print Finisher

Location: Southend on Sea , Essex

Salary: DOE

Company: Leading Digital Print and Display Company.

Role: This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the final stages of production — ensuring every job leaves the production facility finished to the highest standard. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment such as polar guillotines and folding machines. You will contribute to a wide variety of projects including brochures, promotional products, display products etc.

Responsibilities:

* Operate small format printing equipment efficiently and safely

* Maintain high-quality print standards and attention to detail

* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues

* Assist with finishing processes (cutting, laminating, folding etc.)

* Operating polar guillotines 115/137

* Operating Folding Machines T800, T500, T72 and B123 folding machines.

* Learn and support large format printing operations as training progresses

* Ensure workspace is clean and organized

Requirements:

* Experience operating guillotines, laminating, folding machines etc

* Track record in operating small format printers (desirable)

* Strong attention to detail and quality

* Willingness to learn and grow into large format printing

* Good organizational and teamwork skills

* Basic technical troubleshooting skills
