How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead a high-performing Industrial & Logistics recruitment branch in Corby.

    The Role:

    You will take full responsibility for an established and successful branch, leading from the front while coaching and developing a team of 5 Recruitment Consultants.

    This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be heavily involved in:

    * Driving business development activity

    * Growing and developing existing client relationships

    * Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team

    * Delivering branch growth and performance targets

    * Identifying new opportunities within the Industrial & Logistics sector

    * Maintaining high service standards for both clients and candidates

    We are looking for a manager who is commercially driven, enjoys winning business, and can inspire a team through strong leadership and example.

    About You:

    * Proven recruitment experience within Industrial and/or Logistics recruitment

    * Previous management experience is desirable but not essential

    * We will consider high-performing Senior or Principal Consultants ready to step into management

    * Strong business development and client relationship skills

    * A proactive and target-driven approach

    * Passion for coaching and developing people

    * Must be prepared to lead from the front and actively sell
