Shuttering Joiner Foreman

Apex Resources Limited are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman Shuttering Carpenter to lead and supervise formwork and shuttering operations on Dublin Airport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, particularly in the construction of formwork for concrete structures such as columns, beams, slabs, and walls. We will additionally be looking for 20 Shuttering Joiners for the same project

Role Duties:

This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. As a Foreman Shuttering Carpenter, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of 20 shuttering joiners on a commercial project.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in shuttering carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. You should be familiar with various formwork systems, including traditional timber formwork and modular systems such as Doka, Peri, or similar. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively are essential for this position. This is a full-time position that may require working extended hours, weekends, and in various weather conditions depending on project needs.
