An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in Crawley. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of infrastructure, commercial, residential, and energy projects across the South East.
The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will take a leading role in project delivery, geotechnical design, mentoring junior staff, and client management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to progress within a growing and technically strong team.

Lead geotechnical investigations and project delivery
Produce and review factual and interpretative reports
Undertake geotechnical design including foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability
Mentor and support junior engineers
Liaise directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Manage project budgets and timelines
Assist with business development and client relationshipsRequirements:
Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Significant experience within geotechnical engineering
Strong technical reporting and design experience
Experience managing projects and mentoring staff
Chartered or working towards Chartership is desirable
