Our client is seeking a highly skilled Workshop Engineer to join their specialised engineering team in Coalville.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and repairing advanced water and sewer cleaning machinery, contributing to a growing and professional workshop environment.

Duties of a Workshop Engineer:
* Maintain, service, and repair specialist HGV body equipment
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
* Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on specialist machinery
* Complete service and compliance documentation accurately
* Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Ensure safe and efficient workshop operations
* Support continuous training and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements of a Workshop Engineer:
* Proven experience working on HGVs, LCVs, or commercial vehicles
* Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
* Capable of diagnostics and fault finding
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A team player with a positive attitude towards learning and development
