Welcome customers and handle inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments and monitor vehicle repairs
Act as a liaison between customers and the service department to ensure seamless operations
Provide accurate information regarding services, costs, and timelines
Recommend additional services and upsell where appropriate based on customer needs
Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism as a Service Advisor
Maintain detailed customer records and logs of service transactions
Support the service team with administrative tasks as requiredRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for customer engagement
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry, with a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and develop new skills through training
