Key Responsibilities

Site coordination — Supporting the Site Manager with day‑to‑day operations across the development.
*
Health & safety compliance — Ensuring all works are carried out in line with company and legal standards.
*
Sub‑contractor supervision — Monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to programme.
*
Quality control — Conducting inspections and ensuring homes are delivered to a high standard.
*
Customer care support — Assisting with handovers and addressing snagging issues.
Required Experience & Qualifications
*
Experience working for a new build residential developer
*
Valid First Aid Certificate
*
SMSTS qualification
*
CSCS card
*
Relevant construction or building qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC, HND, degree)
*
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills

Immediate site: Horsham
*
Ideal home location: Guildford area, due to planned follow‑on developments across Surrey and Hampshire
Salary description
£45000.00 - £50000.00 per year
