Revit Mep Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Revit Technician with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will support the development and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) BIM models for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce and modify MEP drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit.

* Assist with coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services within multidisciplinary projects.

* Prepare layouts, sections, schedules, and detailed construction drawings.

* Support clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar software.

* Ensure drawings comply with project standards, BIM protocols, and client requirements.

* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP design engineers.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and model updates.

* Attend coordination meetings as required.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience working in MEP drafting/modelling using Revit.

* Good understanding of building services systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).

* Proficiency in:

* Autodesk Revit MEP

* AutoCAD

* Navisworks (preferred)

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Good communication and teamwork abilities.

* Relevant engineering or CAD qualification preferred.

Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of BIM Level 2 workflows.

* Experience working on UK building services projects.

* Understanding of clash detection and model coordination processes.
