How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

    Location: Dublin Office (Dublin £)
    Base Salary: €31,000
    Guarantee: €1,000 per month guaranteed commission for your first 3 months!
    OTE (Earnings): €50,000 in your first year / €60,000-€65,000+ after year 1! (Uncapped)Purpose of the Role:

    SDRs are the engine room of their growth! You will handle outbound sales prospecting, generating and qualifying high-quality leads, and booking demonstrations for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to close.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    As an SDR, you will structure your day for ultimate success, focusing on:

    Hitting Targets: Achieving monthly KPI input & output metrics compliantly.
    Staying Connected: Maintaining consistent daily dials and talk time, contacting all leads within SLA.
    Product Expertise: Becoming a trusted adviser, using a consultative approach to match products to client needs.
    C-Suite Communication: Engaging professionally with senior-level decision-makers.
    Relationship Building: Using probing questions and sharp language to build rapport with existing customers.
    Brand Ambassador: Enthusiastically promoting our company, brand, and values to clients.
    Social Selling: Self-generating opportunities through social media prospecting and client referrals.Key Requirements
