We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance service on a large NHS building. You will be based on one site and be part of a team.
Permanent role offering £35,360 per annum plus van and fuel card.
Weekly pay.
This position will start temp for 12 weeks through us as an agency then you will transfer onto a permanent contract on the books.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
All aspects of maintenance work on an NHS building
Completing a variety of works in various trades to the spec required
Carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, tiling, some external works etc
Plastering experience would be a bonus
Driving a work van safely and responsibly
Reporting to your supervisor
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Varied maintenance experience
Full UK driving license
Our client will do a DBS check.
