Lead and manage high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
Produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
Attend client meetings and site visits
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and design coordination
Support and mentor junior team members where required
Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standardsIdeal Candidate
Qualified Architect with proven high-end residential experience
Strong technical ability and detailing knowledge
Experience managing projects from concept to completion
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience in Vectorworks would be highly beneficial
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
Organised, proactive, and confident working within a collaborative team
Passionate about high-quality residential architecture and interiors
