This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a growing team delivering void property repairs and refurbishment works within social housing properties. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across void social housing properties throughout Derby and surrounding areas. You will be provided with a company van, fuel card, power tools, and PPE to support you in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

We would also like to speak with Multi Traders, Maintenance Operatives, Carpenter Multi Traders, and candidates with experience within social housing repairs and voids.

Responsibilities of the Multi Trade Operative:
Carrying out repairs and refurbishment works within void social housing properties
Completing carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, flooring and painting works
Preparing void properties for new tenants
Delivering works safely, efficiently, and to agreed timescales
Updating works and job progress using a PDA system
Maintaining high standards of workmanship across all propertiesThe successful Multi Trade Operative will have:
NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade, or qualified by experience
Experience carrying out property repairs and maintenance
Experience working within void properties
Previous social housing experience desirable
Good communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licenceBenefits of the Multi Trade Operative role:
