We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across the Thames Water framework.

This is a hands-on, site-focused role working across complex civils and MEICA projects, supporting operational teams to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be highly visible on site, providing practical health and safety guidance, carrying out inspections and audits, supporting high-risk activities, and driving a strong safety culture across multiple live projects.

To be considered, you will need previous experience within construction, infrastructure, or the water sector, along with strong knowledge of site safety management and health and safety legislation. NEBOSH certification, a valid CSCS card, Thames Water Passport, and EUSR Water Hygiene are all required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and collaborative Health & Safety professional looking to support critical AMP framework projects within a fast-paced delivery environment.
