The Role
We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join a well-established organic food production business working on multispecies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong knife skills and previous butchery experience looking for a stable, long-term role with opportunities to progress.
Responsibilities

Cutting and preparing meat to specification

Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene

Working efficiently within a production environment

Following food safety procedures

Keeping workstations clean and organised
Requirements

Previous butchery experience essential

Strong knife skills

Reliable and punctual

Knowledge of food hygiene standards
