Quinn Quest Talent are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading print and packaging business operating within digital print and automated finishing.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production performance, quality, automation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

About the Print Production Manager role:

* Lead digital print and automated finishing operations

* Manage production teams, KPIs, workflow and staffing

* Drive efficiency, quality and waste reduction initiatives

* Oversee UV varnishing, lamination and automated finishing processes

* Monitor machine performance, downtime and maintenance

* Ensure OTIF, quality and production targets are achieved

* Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

Print Production Manager Requirements

* Strong Digital Print production experience

* Previous Production Management or Supervisory experience

* Experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Knowledge of automated finishing, UV varnishing or lamination

* Strong leadership, planning and communication skills

* Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement mindset
