CDL Personnel are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for our prestigious client based in the Ely/Cambridgeshire area.
We are looking for professional and dependable drivers who are seeking ongoing work, excellent rates of pay, and flexible shift patterns. With curtain-sided and refrigerated contracts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established transport operation.
Whether you prefer days, nights, or tramping work, we have shifts available to suit you.
The Role
Class 1 HGV driving duties
Curtain-sided and refrigerated trailer work available
Nationwide deliveries and collections
Ensuring loads are secured and transported safely
Completing vehicle checks and transport paperwork
Maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
What’s On Offer?
£18.50 per hour
Weekly pay
Ongoing, stable work
Monday to Friday shifts available
Weekend work available for additional earning potential
Days, nights, and tramping shifts available
Supportive and experienced transport team
Requirements
Minimum 1 year Class 1 HGV driving experience
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 6 penalty points
Own transport required due to site location
Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude
