* Starting salary of £45,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience

Duties Of A Vehicle Damage Assessor:
* Accurately and efficiently assess vehicle damage using Audatex and Autoflow systems
* Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and colleagues to coordinate repairs
* Assist with technical enquiries both in the office and onsite within the workshop
* Support reception staff and contribute to workshop observations
* Help manage workflow to ensure repairs and assessments are completed promptly
* Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and repair quality
Requirements Of A Vehicle Damage Assessor:
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or estimator within the automotive industry
* Proficiency with Audatex and Autoflow systems is highly desirable
* Knowledge of bodyshop operations and repair procedures
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive approach to work and problem-solving abilities
* Local individuals
* preferred, with a clear understanding of the Croydon area and nearby regions
