🧒 About the Role

This role is for an experienced Child Protection Social Worker within the North Bristol area. You will play a pivotal role in supporting children and families across Children in Need (CiN), Child Protection (CP) and Court proceedings.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Undertaking statutory duties for children and families in need or at risk of harm
Managing complex caseloads across CiN, CP and Court work
Working collaboratively with families to meet assessed needs and support robust safety planning
Facilitating meaningful change and implementing permanence plans when required
Working in partnership with multi-agency professionals
Driving positive, sustainable outcomes for children and families

🚗 Essential Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with significant post-qualifying experience in Child Protection
Driver with access to a car
Able to work on-site
