How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Location: UK-wide, with base location at the nearest CSG office
    Salary/package: £42,000 to £50,000pa DOE plus commission
    Contract type: Permanent
    Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

    Commercial Services Group (CSG) are looking for a motivated International Account Manager to join their Global Education Supplies (GES) division and key role in driving international growth across key markets. This role would suit an experienced international account manager who enjoys building strong commercial relationships and is motivated by developing new markets and growing revenue.

These include KCS Education, CES, Landscapes for Learning, Maudesport, Gresswell, Timstar and Technology Supplies. With a customer base spanning more than 90 countries, GES is entering a transformational phase focused on international growth, new product development, marketing investment and operational excellence.

    You will play a key role in expanding our international presence, ensuring our distributor partners and international schools receive exceptional support and a compelling commercial proposition. This is a role where strong judgement, commercial acumen and relationship-building are essential, with responsibility for developing distributor networks and driving sustainable revenue growth.

    What you’ll be doing

    Managing a portfolio of international distributor partners to drive growth in DACH and Eastern Europe.

    Supporting the identification and onboarding of new distributor and UK consolidator partners.

    Developing and managing relationships with international schools in agreed markets.

    Promoting the full GES product and service range to increase adoption and sales.

    Carrying out regular sales activity through virtual meetings, calls and international travel.

    Working to agreed sales targets and activity KPIs Supporting partners with product knowledge, pricing and basic sales training.

    Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries and support customer needs Maintaining accurate CRM records for contacts, activity and opportunities.

    Providing insight on customer, distributor and market trends.

    Participating in sales training, coaching and team meetings to support development.

    What we’re looking for

    Proven experience in international account management, winning new business both in-person and remotely.

    Ability to speak an additional European language, ideally German, Polish, Dutch or Swedish.

    An understanding of the international education market is desirable but not essential.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt style to different audiences.

    Confidence working independently, including international travel.

    Experience working with a wide range of products and services in a high‑activity environment.

    The ability to negotiate, influence and demonstrate value to customers A proactive, customer‑centred and solutions-focused approach.

    Knowledge of CRM systems.

    What you’ll get in return

    Salary of £42,000 to £50,000 per annum DOE.

    25 days annual leave, rising to 27 after four years.
