Service Advisor

Our client, a reputable and well-established car dealership in Sidcup, Kent, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to work in a customer-focused environment, offering a competitive salary package with excellent earning potential.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum
OTE approximately £40,000 including bonuses
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
One in three Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Use of dealership management systems including Drive and Kerridge
Opportunities to increase earnings through upselling, service plans, and extended warranties
Supportive team environment within a reputable dealershipDuties of a Service Advisor:

Providing outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact for service department clients
Managing service bookings and advising customers on additional work and services
Upselling extra services such as service plans, warranties, and maintenance packages
Achieving customer satisfaction scores of £800 - £1,000 through effective interactions
Collaborating with workshop and parts departments to facilitate efficient service delivery
Maintaining accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS)
Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyaltyRequirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional manner
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Ability to upsell services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Knowledge of DMS systems, such as Drive and Kerridge, is advantageous
