How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Bodyshop Manager vacancy in Harrow – an excellent career opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals. Our client, a reputable UK-wide accident repair group, is seeking a talented Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy and modern accident repair centre.     Up to £60,000 basic salary / £78,000 OTE

    Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm shifts, with no weekends

    Lead the daily operations of the accident repair bodyshop to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of service
    Conduct daily team briefings to communicate targets, address issues, and delegate tasks effectively
    Monitor repair progress and vehicle status updates, liaising with the regional management team
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee proper use of equipment and tools
    Manage parts ordering and oversee work volumes for current and incoming jobs
    Maintain consistent repair quality throughout all stages of vehicle restoration
    Control stock levels and manage supplies efficiently
    Ensure all vehicles have complete 10-stage repair images for accurate job packs
    Support, motivate, and develop workshop staff to uphold the company’s standards and deliver excellent customer serviceRequirements:

    Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar senior role within the automotive repair industry
    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    Excellent communication and leadership abilities
