Our client, a reputable and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Mansfield, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced panel technician to secure a long-term position within a high-volume, modern workshop offering exceptional earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing career development. The successful Panel Beater will work on a diverse range of insurance, OEM-approved, prestige, and fleet repairs, including electric and hybrid vehicle work.

Up to £51,000 basic salary
Uncapped bonus scheme, with average bonuses guaranteed during holiday periods
Potential to earn £60,000+ OTE
Monday to Friday working hours (12:00pm – 9:00pm)

Repair and replace vehicle body panels to industry standards
Dismantle and refit vehicles, ensuring structural integrity
Remove dents, damage, and structural issues using appropriate repair techniques
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and insurer standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform quality checks prior to vehicle handover
Collaborate effectively with other technicians to maximise workflow
Complete repairs within specified lead times and targetsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Body Repairer
NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Strong understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques and structural repair
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
High attention to detail and quality-focused workmanship
Full UK driving licence
