Are you looking for a stable, long‑term site‑based engineering role with a respected technology solutions provider? This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Photocopier / MFD Engineer or a semi‑skilled engineer from an EPOS, ATM, IT hardware or similar electro‑mechanical background to step into a supportive, structured environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving, customer interaction, and working as part of a high‑performing on‑site support team.
About the Role
Working on‑site, you'll provide hands‑on support across a range of print and document technologies. You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing repairs, carrying out routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment uptime for a key client location.
You'll work closely with the wider engineering and service teams to maintain a high standard of service delivery and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical faults on MFDs / photocopiers
Support basic fault‑finding across print and IT‑connected devices
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and component replacements
Assist with equipment configuration and installations
Work within agreed SLAs and maintain accurate service call logs
Report recurring issues to support proactive resolution
Maintain site stock levels and ensure parts are used efficiently
Build strong working relationships with on‑site users and support teams
Attend manufacturer or in‑house training to maintain technical proficiency
