We are currently looking for an Admin / Customer Service Assistant to join our busy transport office based near the M40 postcode.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary, long-term (with potential to become permanent)
The Role:
This is a varied office-based role supporting both administration and customer service functions.
Duties will include:
* Handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* General administration and data entry
* Updating records and documentation
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel for day-to-day tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
* IT literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel
* Strong customer service skills
* Accurate with data entry and attention to detail
* Reliable, organised, and a good team player
Candidates without the experience cannot be considered.
