How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Area to be covered: London & South East

    Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + circa £10,000+ bonus

    Benefits: £450 car allowance (may turn into a company car scheme) & full benefits package

    The role of the Hospitality Business Development Manager – Soft Furnishings will involve:

    * Business Development Manager position selling high quality manufactured range of soft furnishings purely to the hospitality market sectors

    * All of your time will be focus of selling to end-user / specifiers with 4/5* hotel chains or interior design practises

    * Once up and running would expect you to turnover £30k per months

    * Focusing on the hospitality sector, projects such as: hotels, restaurants

    * Majority of your work will be inside the M25 but will go after projects in the South East if you have contacts

    The ideal applicant will be a Hospitality Business Development Manager – Soft Furnishings with:

    * Must have sales experience in the hospitality sector

    * Ideally open to all interiors product background

    * Would consider an interior designer looking to get into sales

    * Must be able to hit the ground running “plug in and play”

    * Vibrant, fresh and enthusiastic

    * Autonomous, driven and hungry to succeed
