How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About you
You enjoy being the person clients can rely on. You are organised, proactive and good at keeping things moving without drama. You like building relationships, solving problems and making sure customers feel looked after properly. You are comfortable working in a busy office environment where priorities can shift quickly and communication matters. If you enjoy being part of a close team and want a role where you are genuinely involved in the day to day running of customer accounts, this will suit you.

    Your experience
You have experience in customer service, internal account management or sales support, ideally within print, graphics, manufacturing or a related industry. You are confident handling customer enquiries, processing orders and managing expectations professionally. You are organised and detail focused, able to manage multiple live jobs and deadlines at once. You are comfortable using internal systems and communicating with customers over phone and email daily. Experience within large format print, graphics, adhesive materials or visual media would be useful, though attitude and organisation are just as important.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will support customers and internal sales teams on a day to day basis, acting as a key point of contact throughout the order process. You will manage enquiries, process orders, provide updates and ensure customers receive a high level of service at every stage. You will liaise with internal departments including production, logistics and sales to keep everything running smoothly. You will help resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your role will be central to keeping accounts organised, informed and supported properly.

    About the business
This is a well established international business specialising in adhesive-coated products and solutions for the large format print and graphics market. They supply high quality materials used across graphics, display, signage and visual communications applications. The company has built a strong reputation through product quality, technical expertise and customer service. You would be joining an experienced and supportive team within a business that is respected across the industry and continues to grow internationally.
