How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Primary School Teacher - September 2026 Start - Year 6 Teacher - Ealing

    Reeson Education are currently seeking a permanent Year 6 School Teacher to work in a fantastic primary school based in Ealing. The successful candidate will be working across all age groups (Age 3-11) and will be required to start in September 2026.

    Primary School Teaching responsibilities:

    Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging and challenging for all students
    Create a safe and positive learning environment that encourages active participation and promotes student well-being
    Use a range of teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of the students
    Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and colleagues
    Contribute to the school's pastoral care and extra-curricular activitiesPrimary School Teacher Requirements:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    Experience working as a Primary School Teacher, preferably in a prep school setting.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
    Passionate about teaching and committed to providing the best possible education for all students.
    Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
    Able to work Monday to Friday (08:00-16:00)The school offers a supportive and friendly working environment and excellent professional development opportunities.
