About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team on a one-year maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to deliver high-quality music education and inspire students across a range of abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive music lessons in line with the curriculum
Foster a positive and creative learning environment
Prepare students for performances, assessments, and school events
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular music activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching music at relevant key stages
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education
Excellent classroom management skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
Good organisational and communication skills
