Starting salary of £40,000, increasing to £45,000 after successful probation
On target earnings (OTE) bonuses of up to £6,000 annually
Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Conducting comprehensive MOT tests in accordance with current UK legislation
Inspecting and assessing vehicle safety, emissions, and overall compliance
Recording and documenting test results accurately and thoroughly
Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance when appropriate
Maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all testing procedures
Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policiesRequirements of the MOT Tester:
Valid MOT Tester licence or equivalent certification
Proven experience as an MOT Tester within a motor trade environment
Sound knowledge of current MOT testing legislation and procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Customer-focused approach with strong communication abilities
