How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Manufacturing Coordinator – Quality Team
    London (Near Camden Town)
    £35,000 – £38,000 Monday – Friday Flexible Working Hours

Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference within a manufacturing environment?

We’re working with a brilliant, growing manufacturing business in London that is looking to add a Manufacturing Coordinator to their Quality team following continued success and expansion.

This Manufacturing Coordinator position is all about people, problem-solving and teamwork. You’ll be the link between Production and Quality, helping investigate issues, support non-conformances (NCRs), troubleshoot problems and keep communication flowing across departments.

The Manufacturing Coordinator will be involved in:
    • Investigating manufacturing and production issues
    • Supporting NCR and corrective action processes
    • Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
    • Identifying root causes including supplier, process or human error
    • Encouraging best practice and raising awareness across teams
    • Supporting continuous improvement activities

This Manufacturing Coordinator role would suit someone with experience working in manufacturing who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and helping solve problems. You do not need to come from a strict quality background, transferable skills and the right attitude are far more important.

The hiring manager is happy to provide full training and ongoing support, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into a quality-focused position.

    What we’re looking for:
    • Experience working within manufacturing or production
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Good attention to detail
    • Organised and proactive approach
    • Someone who enjoys supporting teams and improving processes

    What’s on offer:
    • Flexible working hours
    • Monday – Friday working pattern
    • Friendly and supportive team environment
    • Excellent training and development
    • Modern site near Camden Town
    • £35,000 – £38,000 depending on experience

If you’re looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator opportunity where you can learn, develop and be part of a genuinely supportive business, we’d love to hear from you
