20 days annual holiday plus bank holidaysDuties of the MET Technician:
Conduct mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) work on damaged vehicles to high standards
Strip and refit vehicle components in line with manufacturer specifications
Perform wheel alignments and 'super fitter' duties when required
Identify and communicate additional repair needs during strip-down processes
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high quality standard
Work efficiently to meet productivity targets as an MET Technician
Collaborate effectively with bodyshop and workshop teams to deliver timely repairsRequirements:
Proven experience as an MET Technician, Strip & Fitter, or a strong Vehicle Technician background
Relevant qualifications preferred; ATA certification advantageous but not essential
Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Full UK driving licence
